Witch Hat Atelier, Vol. 8

Witch Hat Atelier, Vol. 8 by Kamome Shirahama

The continuing adventures of Coco, learning magic.

Tartah arrives at the atelier to ask for help: his grandfather threw his back out, making it impossible for him to tend the booth at Silver Eve, and the girls could help. They agree. In fact, the girls are distinctly excited.

When they are working with him, Coco and Tartah meet up again with Custas, still trapped in his moving chair from his injuries, anxious about Dagda who is doing dangerous things to help him; they are surprised to know the other knows him, and work out a way to help, and think deep thoughts of magic and its use.

There are also lessons about magic to be learned, and I was thinking it was about more learning, but there's quite a twist before the end. The plot from the previous works thickens.
