Psychodrama

Hello!
I'd like to ask if anyone knows about either a novel, play or a short story somehow featuring psychodrama? If it was written by an American author and after 1945, that'd be amazing. A good example of what I have in mind would be Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf by Edward Albee.

Thanks for any help!
