Historical fiction recs
Do you lovely people have any historical fiction recs? Any country will do, though Australian recs are always welcome.
Thank you in advance!
In return, I highly recommend Ruth Park's phenomenal The Harp in the South. Tamar by Mal Peet was also excellent, at least the part of it that dealt with secret agents in WWII.
Catherine Jinks's Pagan Chronicles (YA) is great too.
ETA: Whoa, thanks, guys!
