A Vintage Affair by Isabel Wolff

I stopped by the library around 2 this afternoon and picked up the book that was waiting for me. Read a bit of it when I got home, but had to put it down and get some other things done. Picked it up at 4. Put it down long enough to get supper in the oven, and then on the table. Actually ate a bit of supper. Cleaned up the kitchen, and picked up the book again. 10 PM. Just finished the book. It's a bit "Sarah's Key" and a bit "Tuesdays With Morrie." It's about making mistakes and learning to live with them - even forgiving yourself for making them. It's a marvelous story of kindness, of unexpected beginnings, even of endings. Go read it. A Vintage Affair by Isabel Wolff.
