poetry is still literature, right?

hellooo. i hope it's okay to ask this here because most of the poetry communities on lj seem to be just about posting poems. anyway, i was wondering if anyone here could recommend some poets who are similar to e. e. cummings, rumi and/or leonard cohen. i'd really appreciate it! or just any sort of uplifting poetry like the kind rumi and e. e. cummings write. thank you :)
