PTSD, lesbianism/bisexuality, or incest in ya fiction

Having just discovered the existence of Tabitha Suzuma's "Forbidden," I'm already chomping at the bit for more (preferably non-coercive, non-abusive) incest fiction. I'm also looking for ya fiction that depicts mental health issues, especially PTSD, with realism and compassion; and books that feature lesbian and bisexual female characters (who are awesome).

If you have any recommendations for me, I would be ever so grateful!
