I don't think they exist in hardcover either. Her website only has the paperback editions. There's an omnibus edition, but it's paperback as well. I might just get the newer paperback editions since they're bigger.
I have the omnibus edition, and I definitely don't recommend it unless you want to get it converted to hardcover. Big, heavy, and floppy are not a good combo in a book.
Lists editions and it seems only her more recent titles have had the hardback treatment. You could write to ROC and see if they have any plans to reissue the early titles in the series in hardback.
Barker's best work is Imajica. Its absolutely amazing. For something shorter I'd suggest The Great and Secret Show and Weaveworld. And his Books of Blood are equally awesome.
