Tweet Heart

Social Networking has become norm for our society. Friendship and realtionships are based highly on Facbook, Myspace, Twitter etc. I have grown up in that society. It's a HUGE part of my life. I actually talk to friends more online than I do in person or even on the phone.

If you find yourself wanting more social networking than read my little review post about Tweet Heart!

35.Tweet Heart by Elizabeth Rudnick pages 264. I randomly saw this book at the bookstore when I went with Tony after work. I have been reading a lot of social networking books and this just fit right in.

My Review: At first this was hard to read. I couldn't get a grabest on the characters. I'm used to reading Instant messagener but it just was jumpy. Now it's sad to say but I Don't Have Twitter! I know! How many people can say that? I've never made an account. I just didn't because I couldn't keep up with the other social networks I'm in. Tony showed me his so that I could figure out the layout of this book. It also is written in email and blog format. I did enjoy the realtionship btw the friends online. You could see the struggle of the realtinships. Lottie was my favorite. She was such a tease with boys and yet she got what she wanted in the end. Claire was OK. She did annoy me at times.  Will just seemed like a typical guy trying to hard to get Clarie's attention. It was funny when his little plan to get Claries attentions back fires on him. Bennette cracks me up with all his gaming. He says the funniest things about Star Wars and HP. Very big into nerding it out. I felt that this authour did great for this being her first Novel. She's smart writing in this format bc this is what has really became the way of communication for teenagers and even adults now. It's becomming more internet based with realtionships and friendships. It's a big part of my life. I'm on the internet a lot and use facebook and Lj and ICQ messaging and Yahoo messaging to still to talk to people. There are so many networks that I find myself having every type of messaging to talk to just one person.
Recommend??-- Yes it was rather interesting bc of it being written in Twitter format and email. It made for a fast read even though it took me awhile to read it. If you like social networking books then you will like this book.
Book review for GoodReads.com---Claire is a #hopelessromantic. Lottie is determined to set up her BFF with Mr. Perfect. Will wants his #secretcrush to finally notice him. Bennett is a man with a plan.

Claire can’t believe it when her dream guy starts following her on Twitter. She never thought he noticed her, and suddenly he seems to understand her better than almost anyone.

But the Twitterverse can be a confusing place, especially when friends act differently online than they do in person. Things get even more complicated when Claire realizes she’s falling for someone else, the last person she ever would have expected….

Told in an innovative format combining tweets, emails, and blogs, Tweet Heart is a contemporary romantic comedy that will set your heart atwitter
