What if you could change your life without really changing your life? I was thoroughly impressed with this book! It was our local book club book pick and I was optimistic going into it, and I am so glad that I was! I liked that Rubin told her accounts of how she made herself happier. I felt like she was not being preachy (and often self-help books tend to sound that way), which made this book even that more much enjoyable. The only negative thing I have to say about the book is that I felt Rubin overloaded some chapters with quotes. However, I was glad that she did list other "happiness" books that readers can also reference on their own happiness journeys. I really did receive a lot of great ideas that Rubin implements that I will now implement in my own life.
