Any Haunting Recs?

I posted this question over at disturbingbooks a few days ago so I thought I would hit all the bases and ask here as well.

Anyone have any (preferably fiction) recs about hauntings? I've already read Drawing Blood and The Shining and a few other popular choices have already been recommended to me in my previous post. (House of Leaves, The Turn of the Screw, The Haunting of Hill House, etc.)

Bonus points for haunted boarding schools and haunted mental asylums.

Thank you in advance.
