I personally felt this was a cute book. It has a good idea, and normally I really like Meg Cabot (my favorite book from her is 'Avalon High'), but I thought it fell short. I felt that the personal connection I made with Em in the beginning, was somewhat lost. I liked the idea behind it, but the execution in the details is what was lacking that spark I needed. I also felt that Christopher's character was a "barely-there" one. He was not a huge part of the book even though he is a huge part of Em's life. I borrowed 'Being Nikki' from a friend, so maybe it'll answer some questions. Overall, a cute book with charm, but nothing more!
