just a few requests

Hi everyone, I'm new to this community, but it has been great to read all the great book reviews of various books. Anyway, I would like to request a couple of reads...

Has anyone ever read any well-written romances involving the arts? For example, romances involving two musicians, or singers, or dancers, or theatre actors? I'm an avid fan of both romance and the arts, and it'd be perfect to see a combination of both. I have yet to find any good ones at my public library.

Also, what about fiction that is centred around college or university life? I've read a few, such as Prep, and another whose title I cannot remember, except that it was about a group of college students who were sitting for the SAT, and two of them were obsessed about it. Does anyone have any good recommendations? The colleges/universities can be from any culture.

Finally, any one know of any well-written romances that involve best friends becoming romantically involved, with a happy ending? I've read Gossip Girl and I absolutely love Dan and Vanessa's storyline :) Something like that would be good. Would appreciate any recommendations too!

Thanks loads! :D
