Favorite book of 2009

I realize that I'm a little ahead of schedule (10 days to be exact), but I'm just curious. Out of all of the books that you've read in 2009 (whether it's one book or hundreds of books) what would you say was your favorite. You can pick books published previously to 2009, as long as you read the book in 2009. You can also pick "rereads" if you want to, or graphic novels, audiobooks, or ebooks. And yes, you can only pick one.

Mine was Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke. Strangely enough, it was also the longest book I read in 2009.

So what was your favorite book?
