Personal Review: Vampire Academy
I was roaming around Barnes and Noble trying to find a 'diamond in the rough' type of book. The one that you probably walked past a million times and said 'yeah, not in a million years.' Well, I decided to give this one a try. I was tired of all of the Vampire novels out and I was getting irritated that you couldn't see beyond the sea of them.
I was highly suprised by this book and I would give (3.5/5)! I loved the main character's bitchyness and her sultry ways. There were a couple of things that made it melodramatic, but over-all really well written. I went and bought the other 3! And the 5th one comes out in May of 2010! I try not to do detailed reviews so I do not give away any type of suprise. I was glad that even though it's based on Vampires, it was not the soul focus! Props to Richelle Mead! I would recommend this highly! Has anyone read the rest of the series?
