Trying to find a book, please, i beg, help

I read a review of a book that sounded amazing quite a while ago in Cemetary Dance(literary magazine). Its a sort of historical fiction in some war involving Russia. Two brothers are vampires, and I THINK, on opposing sides. Also undead soliders are used. I also think its published by a small press. Can anyone help?
