does anybody know?

There is a lot of fanfiction on internet concerning pairings like ss/lm/hg and such.
I would like to know if someone knows if there any such "pairings"  in "original" books, especially fantasy. I mean threesomes of some kind:-)
I mean a relationship, where there f.e. a woman loved by two man, that don´t compete with each other in order to get the woman for one of them only, but accept that she lives with both of them. or a threesome with two women and one man.
i don´t know (can´t remember) any book with such pairing. does anyone :-)  ??
