Summary: The Lower city are mine, it's people are mine! If I find them that doing all the kiddnapping and murdering, they best prey for mercy because one I get my teeth in "em, I will NEVER let them GO! ( Thanks to the back of the book.) 

My review: I found this book very intriguing; the plot was very interesting and clever. The characters were well written, Tunstall and Rosto were my favorites. I'm not too fond of first person POV or dairy format but I'm glad I didn't let that turm me away from this book.

Reading next: Melting Stones by Tamora Pirece.
