recs, please!

in honor of spring, I've been looking for light, witty, romantic novels that won't lose my attention after a couple of chapters. I know there are plenty of books like that out there, but I'd love to hear your suggestions and recommendations (YA is perfectly acceptable) so I know where to start! Thanks in advance (:

I like Rachel Gibson a lot. (Except Daisy's Back in Town. Ugh.) I think the first one I read was called "The Trouble With Valentine's Day."

If you read Harlequins, get Liz Jarrett's Catching Chase/Nabbing Nathan and Meant for Trent/Leigh's for Me. It's three brothers and one sister all finding love. :)

I'm currently reading the "Luxe" series by Anna Godbersen, which is like candy for the (YA) brain. For something more substantial but still light and fun, I would definitely recommend anything by Georgette Heyer, especially The Grand Sophy or These Old Shades (set in the Georgian/Regency era). Another book I really like is Stupid and Contagious by Caprice Crane, which reminds me of a chick-lit version of High Fidelity.

Mary Janice Davidson's Undead and... series, about a vampire queen who'd rather go shoe shopping. They're in 1st person POV, and number 8 comes out in June.
