Question about Yearly Lists and Audiobooks

Hello, all.

I joined the community around the beginning of December and was intrigued to see so many people posting end of year reading lists and now seeing people listing books as they read them (I'm reveiwing over in my journal as I read and will probably post reveiws in batches at the end of the month).

As I consider my lists, it occurs to me that I started an audiobook while I was on a long drive and have continued listening to it as the story has managed to suck me in completely. Anyway, long story short, I'm trying to decide if I want to include this audiobook and any further audiobooks I listen to (knowing me, there will likely be about three or four more this year) on my list of books I've read. On the one hand, I'm not actually reading it--I'm listening to it. However, it still takes time and I am absorbing the story.

How do y'all approach this problem? Do you include audiobooks or not? Why or why not?
