Books read in September
Books Read in September:
30. Night by Elie Wiesel (reread) (Grade A)
31. Change Your Brain Change Your Life by Daniel G. Amen, M.D. (Grade A+)
32. Come Back by Claire & Mia Fontaine (Grade B)
33. 'Tis by Frank McCourt (Grade A)
Best surprise/Most recommendable: It's a toss up between Change Your Brain Change Your Life and 'Tis. The first was so informative and helpful. However 'Tis was inspirational especially for those who are or wanting to become teachers. This book really shows that if one perseveres, they can achieve their goals.
Most disappointing read of the month: Come Back wasn't bad but the daughter's perspective of the rehab centers and life as an addict was certainly more interesting than her mother's perspective. I was bored in many parts of the book because of this.
Currently reading: I am rereading Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt
