I recently reread The Song of the Lioness quartet and The Immortals quartet, both by Tamora Pierce, over about four days. I'd forgotten how much I loved them.

So my request is for similar books, you know the sort: strong female leads, a dash of fantasy, a pinch of romance, adventure, a lot of fun.

I know I could easily just go and see what Amazon reccomends me, but I'd much prefer it if you guys gave me some personal reccomendations: I don't have much money to be flinging around (I'm a poor student) and I really want to get my money's worth.

Thanks in advance!
